Free GroupCalendar™ trial

You may test  GroupCalendar™ for 30 days. After this (fully functional) 30 day trial period you must either de-install it or pay for a license.
There are three versions of the installation file and it is very important that you understand what the differences are before downloading and installing.

Outlook ® & Exchange Server users

GroupCalendar™ can be used with an  "Exchange Server".  If you don't know what that is the you do not need version SetupUKEx.exe for sure.
Even if you you do have an Exchange Server, then it is questionable whether you want to install SetupUKEx.exe or not. There is an other GroupCalendar™ product developed specially for Exchange Server that does all processing on the server and uses the powerfull features that Exchange Server has to offer. Valid reasons to use SetupUKEx.exe even when Exchange Server is being used:

• The need for a  SQL server or Access database with all appointments in it;
• Multiple Exchange organizations that need a common calendar.

All other Outlook ® users

There are two versions of the setup that can be installed on different computers in the same network. They are almost identical except for the following:

• Version SetupUK.exe enables sharing of appointments in the personal default Outlook ® calendar;
• Version SetupUKDA.exe also enables the user of the pc where this version has been installed to create and edit appointments for other users (act as a delegate). It also enables the user to work from the Group schedule only and create items for theirselves in the GroupCalendar™ that transfer into the personal calendar.

Monitors the personal calendar and shows appointments from that in the group schedule.

SetupUKDA.exe    

Like UK version but adds Delegate Access to other users appointments.

What to do after the trial period to un-install or to install newer versions?

We hope that you will license the software after the trial period so de-installation is not needed. After licensing we will send you an email with instructions to license the software for all users on the network without having to install a new version.  Newer versions of setup can be installed without uninstalling the old version first. The downloads on this page can be used during or after the trial period to upgrade to a newer version. Check step #1 in the installation instruction on this website for upgrade instructions.
