Items that are made in the "OpusFlowCRM" Group folders, disappear.

When I make an appointment, tasks or activity in the "OpusFlowCRM" group folder, it disappears directly after synchronisation. What do I do wrong?

OpusFlowCRM problems with settings and making Word/Excel documents

OpusFlowCRM does not remember some settings and/or Word/Excel is not started when I try to generate a new document.
