  Introduction


OpusFlow CRM- Address Card

The default Outlook ® contacts-card has been strongly extended in OpusFlow CRM. Now you can:

Automatically send letters (documents) based on your own Office templates.

Track the entire history of your contact:

  • Documents (digital, scanned, email, etcetera);
  • Appointments (Outlook ® Calendar);
  • Tasks (Outlook ® Tasks);
  • Activities (Outlook ® Activities);
  • Related contacts / companies.


 

Save Email

In OpusFlow CRM you can store all outgoing and incoming email. When an email is saved in OpusFlow CRM, you can easily retrieve it from the address card of the recipient / sender. Besides saving email manually, you can also let OpusFlow CRM save all email automatically. When the recipient or sender is known in OpusFlow CRM, all email will be saved and can be retrieved from the address card.

 

Edit Company / Contact

With OpusFlow CRM you can maintain a central address database and retrieve all your contacts and contact related information in Outlook ®.

Beside the possibilities Outlook ® contacts offer you, with OpusFlow CRM you can:

  • Add more than one contact to a company (changes to company data will be automatically shown on all contact cards);
  • Use salutation and other signature related items (to be used in outgoing correspondence);
  • Use categories (Groups and Codes);
  • Use more fields (userdefined);
  • Automatically generate mailmerges, newsletters, Christmas cards;
  • Have all changes immediately visible for your colleagues.

No Exchange Server needed!

Importing (or synchronizing) with your existing database is as good as always possible.

                                            

Merge documents / email / envelopes

With the merge tool you can merge your contact (address) information to Word / Excel / E-mail.

You can use your own existing templates to send mailings (new letters, bill of loading, etcetera) and make envelopes and labels.

All the documents created with the merge tool will also be automatically saved in OpusFlow CRM, so they can be retrieved through opening the OpusFlow CRM address card.

                                     

Find Contacts

With "Find contacts" it is possible to search through your companies and contacts on any criteria you wish.

You can search through all fields, but also on "Groups" or "Codes".

 

Distribute scanned documents

Distributing and archiving your scanned document will become very easy with OpusFlow CRM. OpusFlow CRM will automatically load your scanned documents and allows you to choose:

  • The sender;
  • The project (document type);
  • Which recipients you want to send the scanned document by email.

OpusFlow CRM then will:

  • Save the document so it can be found on the address card of the sender;
  • Save the document in the right (project) directory and subfolder;
  • Send an email to the selected colleagues with the document as attachment.
     

 

OpusFlow CRM Toolbar

After installation you will have your new OpusFlow CRM Toolbar at your disposal. All new functions OpusFlow CRM offers you, can be reached from this toolbar.
