The buttons on the toolbar do not work anymore and TeamContacts no longer shares contacts.



To solve this problem we suggest the following steps:

  • Try to shut down the PC and reboot;
  • If that does not work: start Outlook ®;
  • Choose "Help" --> "About Microsoft Outlook ®" and then click "Disabled Items";
  • To enable "TeamContacts", select the item and click "Enable";
  • If that does not work: check "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Other" --> "Advanced options" --> "Com add-ins';
  • Check if "TeamContacts" is in the list and the checkbox is checked;
  • If it is not checked, check it;
  • If that does not work: check "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Other" --> "Advanced options" --> "Com add-ins';
  • Check if "TeamContacts" is in the list and remove it from the list;
  • "Add" button;
  • Browse to "C:\Program files\TeamContacts";
  • Select "TeamContacts.dll";
  • If it is not checked, check it;
  • If it is not in the list :"Add" button and browse to "C:\Program files\TeamContacts" and select "TeamContacts.dll";
  • If that does not work: install the setup again, but make sure you have administrator rights.
