To solve this problem we suggest the following steps:
- Try to shut down the PC and reboot;
- If that does not work: start Outlook ®;
- Choose "Help" --> "About Microsoft Outlook ®" and then click "Disabled Items";
- To enable "TeamContacts", select the item and click "Enable";
- If that does not work: check "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Other" --> "Advanced options" --> "Com add-ins';
- Check if "TeamContacts" is in the list and the checkbox is checked;
- If it is not checked, check it;
- If that does not work: check "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Other" --> "Advanced options" --> "Com add-ins';
- Check if "TeamContacts" is in the list and remove it from the list;
- "Add" button;
- Browse to "C:\Program files\TeamContacts";
- Select "TeamContacts.dll";
- If it is not checked, check it;
- If it is not in the list :"Add" button and browse to "C:\Program files\TeamContacts" and select "TeamContacts.dll";
- If that does not work: install the setup again, but make sure you have administrator rights.
