The OpusFlow CRM toolbar is gone or inactive. The OpusFlow CRM toolbar is gone or when I click on it, nothing happens, but I did not do anything! Sometimes this happens but no panic. With a few simple steps you can restore it. In Outlook 2002/XP/2003, first check if "OpusFlowCRM" is added to the "Disabled items" list. You can check this in the "Help" --> "About Microsoft Outlook" menu. If "OpusFlowCRM" is listed there, select it, and click the "Enable" button. After that, you can continue to re-activate "OpusFlowCRM". Click in the Outlook menu on "Tools" -> "Options" If you see "OpusFlow CRM" in the list, select it and delete it from the list. After this, insert it again by clicking on the "Add" button and select the file "C:\Program Files\OpusFlowCRM\OpusFlowCRM.dll". (Or "C:\Users\Public\OpusFlowCRM\OpusFlowCRM.dll" on Windows Vista: "Public documents" in the "Public users" folder). Outlook 2007: In Outlook 2007, the first you will have to check if "OpusFlowCRM" is listed in the "Disabled Items" list by using one of the following methods: Click in the Outlook menu on "Tools" -> "Trust Centre" In this screen, go to "Add-ins". At the bottom of the screen, select "COM Add-ins" next to "Manage" and press the "Go" button. If this does not work, go back to the "Trust Center" - "Add-ins" page and choose "Disabled items" in the "Manage" list at the bottom, and remove "OpusFlowCRM" from that list if it appears there. After that try to remove and add "OpusFlowCRM" again from the " COM Add-ins" list. |
