In the OpusFlow CRM toolbar, go to "Edit" --> "Userfields":

For companies OpusFlow CRM offers 6 aditional text fields:
- Company1 -> Company6

Also you can change the lables of the default fields:
- AP Number;
- AR Number;
- Christmas Card (Yes/No).

For contacts OpusFlow CRM offers 16 aditional free fields:
- Contact1 -> Contact15;
- UserField 1 -> UserField 6

For contacts, you can also change the lables of these default fields:
- AP Number;
- AR Number;
- Date of Birth;
- Gift (Yes/No);
- Christmas Card (Yes/No).

Apart from these fields, you can also change:
- the name used for "Groups" and "Codes";
- the caption of the two tabs for detailed contact information.
