OpusFlowCRM v5.7.27 - New features for the "Auto save email" function in combination with the "Use Company directories" save method; - Remote/Terminal server supported; - Flexible workplaces supported; - Basic settings (database location, documents storage root, etc.) can be set for all users at once; - Different document sync for laptops/offline machines; - Function and Title are also added to the body of items made from the CRM tab of an address card; - Jobtitle is added as collumn to search results of "Advanced search/Merge"; - Merge search results to Excel and Access; - Monitor utilty for calendars; - Possibility to add branches. A company can now be part of a branch and the name of the branch will be used in the bookmarks; - Possibility to choose one address of a contact (Private, or one of the 3 company addresses) as the "Preffered address". This way it is now possible to make one mailmerge with different addresses to be used. - If the "Save method" of documents is set to "Use Company directories" also auto-saved emails are saved to that directory. Also it is possible to manually change the name of the AutoSave directories "AutoSaveMail-IN" and "AutoSaveMail-OUT". If the name of a document-type/project is chosen, then the email will automatically be saved to that specific document-type/project. - With this new setup OpusFlowCRM can be installed on a Remote/Terminal server. Activation has to be done per user session, with this sample batch file; - By using the new setup OpusFlowCRM will be installed but not activated for all users. Activation has to be done per user (Windows) session, with this sample batch file; - By adjusting and installing this sample reg file on all machines and/or Terminal/remote servers, the basic settings (database location, documents storage root, etc.) will be automatically the same for all users; - From this version, licensed users of the OpusFlowCRM laptop module, have a free license for AJC Synchroniser. With this program it is very esy to synchronise documents between the laptop/offline machine and the network, without having to use the Windows XP Pro utility of offline files and folders; - Jobtitle is added as collumn to search results of "Advanced search/Merge" and can be found left next to the company name by manually making that collumn wider; - From the "Advanced search/Merge" screen it is now possible to merge the search results to an Excel sheet or a Access database table; - Monitor utilty for calendars. This makes it possible to also plan appointments from an address card, directly into the calendar of other users (new button has been added). These appointments are now directly added to the list.
