Items that are made in the "OpusFlowCRM" Group folders, disappear.

When I make an appointment, tasks or activity in the "OpusFlowCRM" group folder, it disappears directly after synchronisation. What do I do wrong?

Users may never add items directly into the group folders. The group folders (to share appointments, tasks or activities) are only a collection of the personal calendar, task list and activities.

Every item that is made directly in a group folder is removed by the synchronisation because it does not exist in a personal folder.

Without Exchange Server (No Public Folders):
- User 1 adds an appointment to it's personal calendar;
- User 1 sees it appear in the "OpusFlowCRM Calendar" (subfolder of his/her personal calendar);
- This action is added to the central database;
- User 2 will see that appointment appear in his/her "OpusFlowCRM Calendar" after synchronisation.

With Exchange Server (Public Folders):
- User 1 adds an appointment to it's personal calendar;
- User 1 sees it appear in the "OpusFlowCRM Calendar" (a Public Folder that every user can see);
- Also User 2 sees the appointment directly appear the "OpusFlowCRM Calendar" because it's a Public Folder and all users see the same data. No synchronisation is used.
