How can I update the contact info in my Outlook view? With OpusFlowCRM you can not work directly in contact fields of the Outlook view, but you always work directly in the database. There are two ways to update the Outlook view <--> Data on the screen "Edit Company/Contact" / "Change database"
1) Go to the record on the the screen "Edit Company/Contact" / "Change database", and press the button "Update address card". This will only update the current company and contacts;
2) Run the "Auto Sync OpusFlowCRM" tool. This is the yellow Outlook icon in your system tray (right bottom of your screen, next to the Windows clock). This tool automatically keeps your Outlook view up-to-date with the database. When you right-click the icon, and go to "Settings", you can give in how often you want to automatically run the synchronisation, etc. To start the tool, when it is not started automatically, you have to choose "Synchronisation" -> "Synchronise automatically".
