FOR THE USER:

Permission to use OpusFlow CRM  and any documentation included with OpusFlow CRM  is conditional upon you agreeing to the terms set out below. By installing or otherwise using the software you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not wish to accept the terms, do not install or use the software.

Licensing:

OpusFlow b.v. provides you with the non exclusive right to use this software for purposes stated in the manual, as long as you confirm to the conditions and statements of this license agreement.

Costs:

You only pay for using OpusFlow CRM  longer then 30 days.

Using the software:

OpusFlow CRM can be downloaded and installed for free. You may try the software for 30 days without any obligations.

For using the software for a period longer then 30 days, you will have to buy a license. The licensing of OpusFlow CRM  is per user and not per PC.

During the period you use OpusFlow CRM , you are entitled to unlimited (telephone/email) support and all updates.

You are not permitted to share the registration key information provided to you for OpusFlow CRM with other users.

We reserve the right to increase license prices in line with the legal inflation figure.  You will be notified in advance of any increase to the license price.

Copyright:

The software and all copies you make of the software are the intellectual property of OpusFlow; its structure, organisation and code belong to the protected, non public and trusted information of OpusFlow.

The software is protected by Dutch and international law and international conventions and treaties.

Guarantees:

To the extent permitted by law, OpusFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if OpusFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The software is made available by OpusFlow "as is" and "with all faults". To the extent permitted by law, OpusFlow does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the software, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or that the software is error free.

If any condition or warranty is implied in this agreement under any applicable legislation it cannot be excluded, or if notwithstanding the exclusion of liability above OpusFlow is otherwise liable to you, then to the extent permitted by law the liability of OpusFlow for breach of the condition or warranty will be limited to one or more of the following as determined by OpusFlow in its absolute discretion:

1)     in the case of goods, (a) the replacement or supply of equivalent goods or the repair of the goods; or (b) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods, acquiring equivalent goods, or having the goods repaired; and

2)     in the case of services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

General statement:

When a part of this agreement proves to be invalid or impossible to effect, that will not affect the rest of the agreement.
